"Honestly, I’m Still Waiting"
I reached out to support and they just never got back to me. Like... nothing. Not even a quick “we’re looking into it.” At this point I’m starting to wonder if my message got launched into outer space or something. Super frustrating

"Confusing site, not very helpful"
I tried using o-p-e-n.com and got irritated quickly. The site felt slow and kind of cluttered, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic information.
A lot of the wording felt like polished company talk without actually explaining what I was supposed to do next, which always makes me a little suspicious. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me the whole experience was confusing and frustrating, so I left without finishing
"So slow and honestly frustrating"
I kept running into the same issue over and over, the pages were just way too slow. Every time I tried to load something, I’d end up sitting there waiting, and sometimes it would just freeze or hang for no reason. It got annoying really fast because it wasn’t just once, it was basically every time. I don’t mind waiting a little, but this felt like constant waiting, constant lag, and constant frustration. Not a great experience for me.

"Problem got fixed, but took too long"
I had an issue with my account it was frustrating to deal with. Support did get back to me, but it felt slow, and having to explain the same thing more than once made me start wondering if I was just being pushed around or if they were hoping I’d give up.
They did fix it in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the whole process took longer than it should have and made me a bit wary, like I had to keep double-checking everything so I didn’t get fooled or left hanging. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either.

"Had a few frustrating moments with it"
I really wanted to like this because it seemed simple enough to use at first, and when it’s working, it’s fine. Setup wasn’t a big deal either, and I didn’t have any major complaints in the beginning. But after using it for a while, I started noticing it would just go down randomly, which got annoying. It’s hard to count on something that isn’t consistently working.

I thought this was going to be decent because the pictures made it look nice, but once I actually got it in my hands it just felt kind of cheap, like the edges were rough, the material didn’t feel sturdy, and after only using it a couple of times I was already seeing wear, which was really frustrating because for the price I expected something that would hold up better. Disappointing overall.
"Easy to get started overall"
Getting set up was quick and straightforward for the most part. A couple of steps were a little confusing, but that felt avoidable with clearer instructions

"Eh, probably wouldn’t suggest it"
I don’t think I’d really recommend it, honestly. The site did work at first, but it felt kind of clunky and I ended up doing the same steps more than once, which got annoying. Support did get back to me, but it took a while, and the reply was basic. It’s not awful or anything, I just expected it to be a lot smoother for the time I put into it.

I really wanted this to work for me, but most of the features didn’t help much. I tried giving it some time and poking around to see if I was missing something, but it still felt like it wasn’t meeting my needs. I ended up reaching out and escalating the issue because I didn’t feel like I was getting enough value from it...

"Felt like they were avoiding my question"
I reached out with what I thought was a simple question, but it took forever to hear back. And when they finally did reply, it didn’t really answer what I asked. it kind of felt like they were trying to sidestep the issue instead of just being upfront with me.

"I felt a bit embarrassed by the surprise fees"
I thought I understood the price, but then extra fees showed up later and I felt a little embarrassed for not catching it sooner. It just wasn’t very clear upfront, which was frustrating.

"I canceled my order the same day, so..."
I canceled my order the same day, so I figured the refund would be quick. Nope, it still took about two weeks to get my money back, and support was slow to respond the whole time. Like, if it was canceled right away, why is the refund taking that long? Make it make sense.

"Account settings are a "pain""
My account settings feel like a bit of a mess. It’s not very straightforward, and trying to change anything turns into more work than it should be. Definitely a "frustrating" experience.

"Felt kind of brushed off"
The site itself works okay, so I can’t say it’s completely bad. But when I needed help, support took a while to respond and the answers were confusing. I felt a bit dismissed, like they just wanted to move on instead of actually helping me sort it out.
